It can be easy to focus on how close we are to Xmas and what little time there is left to the year and how quickly 2008 has flown by. When in reality, we can finish 2008 with many more significant and satisfying accomplishments. I needed to remind myself that I complete many more goals in 99 days if I take a moment now to reflect, refocus and set actions in place. So thank you for your revitalising reminders. It can be easy to focus on how close we are to Xmas and what little time
there is left to the year and how quickly 2008 has flown by.

When in reality, we can finish 2008 with many more significant and

Most of us Entrepreneurs need this discussion due to the fact that we almost always get distracted. Most of the time we seem to get lost in another promise to our success. It is so important to have a vision. But, it is important to not just have the "Vision Mindset". You have brought to our attention the need of stepping away from that. Put it on the back burner and move to the "Process Mindset". Staying focused and on track is what will bring all of us accomplishment in what we are striving to achieve. It seems like this strategy is just sometimes not grasped. Some times we "Just don't get it". Or maybe we just get easily distracted. You really brought this to my attention. I will now start noticing when I am focusing on the "Short Term Vision" and Shift to that "Long term Process". I hope too, that this discussion blog has opened the eyes of other Entrepreneurs. People like that are the reason, I never really gave MLM a try in the past. I knew I didn't want to recruit people that way. Discovering Magnetic Sponsoring really was a great thing for me. I know I can do a whole lot better attracting the right kind of people to me instead of chasing everyone in the world. And with the internet, it is a whole lot easier.
